Invoices, forms and emails become rows in your system. Anything the software is not sure about goes to a person instead of being guessed.
What your spreadsheet looks like on Tuesday
Every field carries a confidence score. Nothing below the line gets guessed at — the two amber rows are the software declining to decide: one invoice it has already seen this week, and one scan it could not read.
| Supplier | Invoice | Net | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fenwick Timber | INV-88214 | $1,340.00 | 99% |
| Meridian Fixings | MF-3307 | $284.90 | 96% |
| Ashcroft Plant Hire | 40921 | $612.50 | duplicate |
| (scan, faint) | — | — | 51% |
- Written straight through
- Already seen this week — held back
- Below the confidence line — waiting for a person
A real run of the live system on a sample supplier invoice. Every field and the flag are what it returned in 4.4 seconds; the video is cut to ten.
What you get
- Structured data extraction from PDFs, emails and forms
- Confidence score on every field
- Uncertain items routed to a human, never guessed
- Local-model build available for data that cannot leave your building
Included in every build
- Deployed to infrastructure you own, not a platform you rent from me
- Structured logging and alerting, so a failure reaches a human
- A one-page runbook: how it runs, how to restart it, what to check first
- The source, in a repository you control
- Thirty days of fixes after handover at no charge
How it works
You tell me what is costing you time — in hours a week, or in someone's salary. I price against that, not against my hours. The price above is fixed: if the build takes longer than I estimated, that is my problem, not your invoice.
When it is done it goes onto your infrastructure and I hand over the repository, the deploy script and the runbook. You are not renting it back from me, and you are not stuck if you decide to work with someone else later.
Where this one stops
- Up to three document types, one inbox or folder to watch, one destination system, and up to about a thousand documents a month.
- Not included: handwriting, scans too poor to read reliably, or non-Latin scripts unless agreed up front.
- A separate quote for more document types, more than one destination, or higher volume.
Every business on earth retypes documents. If you have ever keyed an invoice into a spreadsheet by hand, you already know what this is worth.
Half up front, half on handover. If I get into it and cannot build what we agreed, I tell you as soon as I know and refund the deposit in full — I would rather return the money than hand over something that does not work. If you stop the project yourself, the deposit covers the work already done and you keep everything finished to that point, including the code.
